The Lakes Region Culinary Institute cookbook is a collection of recipes developed, taught and served at the institute's cooking school. It is strongly influenced by French Canadian and Mediterranean cuisine. Located in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, the Lakes Region Culinary Institute is open from October 2 until May 30 of each year.
